Amy has been practicing yoga for 15 years and teaching for over 10 years on Ocracoke. Her classes combine many styles of yoga including asana, alignment, pranayama (breathing techniques), restorative, flow & relaxation postures. Currently, Amy is studying Anusara Yoga in Chapel Hill with Sommer & Paul Sobin, and Lila Pierce Brown certified Anusara instructors. Yoga has benefited her life in many ways, especially with her scoliosis. She loves sharing Yoga with others and hopes you will join her classes!
